As opening Bar Manager at Eastern Standard in 2005, Jackson quickly cemented the neighborhood brasserie’s reputation as one of the country’s best bars. The iconic, expansive program offering more than 60 classic and new creations secured national attention and earned Cannon “Bartender of the Year” award from Nightclub & Bar magazine in 2011. Currently spearheading the revitalization of Eastern Standard in a new location with All That Fish & Oyster and Equal Measure cocktail bar all opening in late summer 2023.

As Brand Meister for Mast-Jägermeister US and Teremana Tequila, he leads the development of the unmatched bartender mentorship, education, and advocacy initiatives that captivate industry audiences nationwide.
