Hailing from Chicago, Charles has spent the past 25+ years in hospitality. As a James Beard Award winning beverage program designer, world bartending champion, and entrepreneur, he has helped to usher in the modern era of cocktails. His ventures include Crafthouse Cocktails, Crafthouse by Fortessa Barware & Abstract Ice, along with creating cocktails for the Oscars, Emmys and other marquee events.

New York City native, Andy Seymour is a leader in the global cocktail movement. As a partner at Beverage Alcohol Resource (BAR), Andy has taught thousands of America's bartenders and beverage professionals and BAR’s 5-day certificate program has been acknowledged as a benchmark for professional achievement in the field of spirits and cocktails. He continues to expand his role as a mentor and teacher to bartenders across the country through speaking engagements, educational seminars, and bartending demonstrations and in 2018, Andy was awarded ‘Best Bar Mentor’ at Tales of the Cocktail. Andy is also the Founder of Liquid Productions a full-service beverage agency building programs and creating large scale events for some of the biggest brands in the world.
