Torontonian, Christina Veira is the winner of multiple cocktail competitions, a vital member of Toronto’s cocktail scene, and a vanguard for social change within the hospitality industry. A dedicated contributor to all aspects of the industry, Christina is a WSET instructor, the director of programming for Toronto Cocktail Week and general manager at Bar Mordecai (No.47 - North America’s 50 Best Bars, 2022). Recently recognized as one of Canada’s ‘100 Best Bartenders of the Year’ and as ‘Bar World 100 most influential figures’ by Drinks International. Veira was also honored with the World’s 50 Best Bars Roku Industry Icon Award and is the national coordinator for the Canadian chapter of the all-female bartending competition Speed Rack.

James Beard honoree, Lynnette Marrero is a highly respected member of the global hospitality industry and was at the forefront of the NYC craft cocktail movement. Lynnette is a bartending guru, women’s industry champion, educator, inclusivity advocate, mentor, philanthropist, and craft cocktail savant. Marrero’s multiple awards include the Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards – World’s Best Bar Mentor and the inaugural Philanthropy Award for her work with Speed Rack. You may recognize her as the Latiné co-creator of the Speed Rack international women+ bartending competition, the MasterClass.com mixology instructor, as well as the mixologist behind Delola Beverages, a line of ready-to-enjoy world-class crafted spritzes she developed in partnership with Jennifer Lopez.
