Hailing from Chicago, John Cicero kicked off his career in politics before jumping headfirst into the experiential marketing world managing guerrilla marketing programs, music, sports and lifestyle campaigns for SoBe Beverages. For the past 19 years John has found his home with TEAM Enterprises working across many different disciplines across their client base. Most recently, as VP Advocacy, John continues to build out, manage, and evolve the advocacy efforts across the agency in North America. John loves to experience new (and old) cocktail bars and restaurants, but can be found most frequently at his favorite watering hole with a Bombay Gin Martini (50:50 Nail Dry Vermouth w/a Filthy Olive!)

Teresa Cesario is versatile, passionate, and effortlessly transitions between roles in the Spirits industry to being a FOX radio host and a prominent figure in commercials and films. Growing up alongside her father in the industry, Teresa developed a deep love for hospitality and its artistic essence. As the U.S Pernod Ricard Prestige Manager for the Commercial Marketing team, Teresa excels in representing and promoting the industry's finest offerings. She embraces and celebrates all beings and considers being a hospitaller the pinnacle of the art of service. Currently, Teresa is putting the finishing touches on the highly anticipated show, Miami The Musical, alongside Dr. Bruce Carter.
