Classically trained actor, Jim Ryan’s 20+ year hospitality career started as a barback when he moved to New York City in 2001. His passion for the industry saw him go from bartending to joining the William Grant & Sons team, becoming the first National Ambassador for Hendrick’s Gin. During his eight years in the role, Jim was instrumental in establishing Hendrick’s as one of the most beloved Gins in the U.S. and he was personally recognized at Tales of the Cocktails with the Spirited Award for ‘Best American Ambassador'. Now, as the Founder of Myris Nutmeg Liqueur, Jim brings a Double Gold winning, sustainably focused and ethically sourced new brand to the world.

London raised, New York based with stints in Barcelona and Buenos Aires in between, Charlotte is an active member of the global cocktail community. From bartender to brand ambassador, Charlotte’s career has been a dream come true with many magical moments to cherish. Charlotte has had cocktails placed on menus around the world, is well known for the early online series, The Proper Pour with Charlotte Voisey, and these days is most comfortable on the big stage. Charlotte currently runs the Ambassador program at William Grant & Sons.
