New York based, of Ghanaian heritage, and a Londoner through and through, Colin Asare-Appiah is an industry pioneer, an award-winning figure within the global spirits community and the author of Black Mixcellence: A Comprehensive Guide to Black Mixology. With over 30 years’ experience in hospitality, Colin’s journey began in London, as the original cocktail guide for BBC's The Good Food Show and as co-founder of the renowned London Academy of Bartending (LAB). Colin brings a lifetime of uplifting people into his current role as Multi Cultural/LGBTQ+ Advocacy Trade Director for Bacardi and continues to inspire and make significant contributions to the world of mixology for the next generation of bartenders, both in the U.S and across Africa.
French West Indian born and raised in Paris, Dimi Lezinska started his journey during the cocktail renaissance at renowned UK bars, such as Atlantic Bar, Eclipse, and LAB. As Grey Goose’s first global ambassador, Dimi developed their advocacy program, designed captivating cocktails for the Cannes Film Festival, The Oscars, and for Miss Universe, and elevated the brand's worldwide presence. Dimi achieved international recognition as the co-host of the popular Discovery Channel show Cocktail Kings, captivating audiences across 58 countries for nearly a decade. Currently living in Bombay India, Dimi oversees exports and advocacy as well as playing a critical role in liquid innovation for Third Eye Distillery, a pioneering force in India's thriving craft spirit movement.
