Louisiana-Texas native, Tiffanie Barriere is the bartender’s bartender, an influencer and educator who has been awarded with some of the beverage industry’s highest honors. The Bar 5 graduate spent seven years as the beverage director of One Flew South, the ‘Best Airport Bar in the World.’ Tiffanie was featured on Food Network’s The Kitchen and was a guest judge on the Netflix show Drink Masters and Amazon Prime’s Three Drinkers. Tiffanie is a member of the Tales of the Cocktail Philanthropy & Development Committee, Co- Chair to the Tales Catalyst Award and a member of the Atlanta chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. This year, Tiffanie became the Spirited Awards 2023 ‘Visionary Award’ recipient.

Chris Cabrera (he/they) is the first National LGBTQ+ Ambassador for Bacardi North America. Chris works tirelessly as an LGBTQ+ advocate within the hospitality and cocktail industry promoting a message of inclusivity. His accolades include being honored by Liquor.com as the 2022 Holistic Hospitality Winner and named an honoree at the Gay City Impact Awards. In 2021, Chris received the Visionary Award at Tales of the Cocktail's Spirited Awards and was placed in the Drinks International Bar World 100 in 2020, 2021, and 2022. As a member of the Advisory Council for Another Round Another Rally and FOH (Focus on Health), Chris continues to create opportunities and secure resources specifically for the BIPOC and Queer communities.
