Born in London, Claire Warner has worked in the drinks industry for 20+ years as an award-winning bartender, ambassador, consultant, writer, spirits judge, and finally, brand creator. Claire has been a tireless advocate for better health and wellbeing within the hospitality industry, credited with kick starting the move towards conscious consumption, creating the ‘Drink, Eat, Live’ platform in 2011. Today, Claire is best known as a positive drinking pioneer and co-founder of Æcorn, the sister brand to Seedlip. Claire is also an active board member for the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation.

Lauren Mote's highly decorated hospitality career spans more than 20 years. She is the Global Director of On Trade Excellence for PATRÓN Tequila, a founding partner of the award-winning Bittered Sling cocktail bitters company and the author of “A Bartender’s Guide to the World". Lauren is a part of the Tales of the Cocktail's Culture, Education and Spirited Award committees, serving as the Co-Chair for the Tales of the Cocktail Business Education Committee, and member of the European Spirited Awards Committee. Lauren is the first Canadian woman inducted into the "Dame Hall of Fame” and she was recently recognized as the “International Bar Mentor of the Year” at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
