Nicola Riske is an esteemed spirits education professional, currently serving as the Regional Education Manager for The Macallan across Southern Europe. With accolades for her exceptional flavor conversations, Nicola holds a General Certificate in Distilling and certifications as a Sherry Educator and Olive Oil Sommelier. She is passionate about mentorship and actively contributes to the Our Whisky Foundation. Nicola was honored as the Tales of the Cocktail International Catalyst inductee and is involved in both the Education and Spirited Awards committees. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking and flamenco dancing.

With a prestigious background in theater, Lynn has an ability to connect deeply with an audience, ultimately landing her the role of a lifetime as the National Spirits Specialist and Portfolio Mixologist for Heaven Hill Brands. Today, Lynn leads seminars across the country and has been a featured presenter at some of the world’s top spirit festivals, while also appearing in Wine Enthusiast magazine, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, The Daily Beast, Bon Appetit, GQ and Esquire. She is an inaugural inductee into the Dame Hall of Fame and in 2022 was named ‘Best U.S. Brand Ambassador’ at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. In 2023 Lynn was also named ‘American Whiskey Ambassador of the Year’ by Whisky Magazine.
