Amanda is the CEO & Co-Founder of Another Round Another Rally, a nonprofit that provides financial resources and support for hospitality workers. Since launching, Another Round Another Rally has given more than $4 million in aid and helped tens of thousands of hospitality professionals and their families find not only financial assistance, but also scholarship, mentorship and career-advancement opportunities. Amanda’s advocacy efforts have earned her an induction into Tales of the Cocktail’s Dame Hall of Fame and in 2022 she became the recipient of the coveted Tales of the Cocktail Pioneer Award, which recognizes an industry alum whose efforts enhance equality and inclusiveness in bars and restaurants with regard to gender identity, race, religion, and socioeconomic status.

Known for a big smile and even bigger laugh, Misty Kalkofen discovered her true vocation to be serving spirits while studying at Harvard Divinity School. Misty is a self-proclaimed nerd who is most joyful when sharing her knowledge. Her birth in Mexico, Missouri foretold what would become her biggest passion, agave distillates.
