A little dirty, beautifully balanced, and kissed with citrus. The Filthy Valentini was made for Valentine’s Night, in collaboration with Valentino Longo of ViceVersa Miami.
INGREDIENTS
• 1oz Dry Gin • 1oz Dry Vermouth • 0.5oz Filthy Olive Brine • 0.25oz Italicus • Garnish with a Filthy Pickle
