At Filthy® we want to ensure you are satisfied with your online purchase. Because all our products are perishable, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of a particular item, please notify us via email at wecare@filthyfood.com within 21 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to fix the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you are not 100% satisfied.

Cancellations

We have designed our shipping process to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. If your order is placed during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST, we will try to accommodate any changes.
